So much for freedom. Every join a Muslim Student Association group in college? Well, it was a bad idea because the Police were spying on you. Some have said this violates the civil rights of the people that were being watched because there was no real reason behind the spying other than that those who were being watched were, simply put: Muslim.
America says one thing and does another.
But, on the other hand, these students, by joining a formal association, made it just that much easier for the authorities to monitor them. This is utterly disgusting. And there is little these folks can do against the police dept.
